- Protect company computer equipment by installing UPS where non had previously existed.
- Installed and rolled out a SAP Business One testing environment and test company for the purposes of user and systems training.
- Responsible for managing users and processes for companies SAP Business One, UPS World ship and E.D.I installations in a multi server environment.
- Provide the technical leadership and support to management team and individual systems users.
- Implemented a disaster recovery program, where none had previously existed and rolled out such program in phases within 60 days.
- Performed SAP systems optimization by re-configuring SAP production server into a applications server and installed dedicated SQL server for better throughput, redundancy and capacity.
- Write and edit queries as needed by management and system users. Import data and systems changes effectively using Data Transfer Workbench.
- Work closely with add-on vendors and support partners to troubleshoot problems and implement recommended fixes.
